Dual Headlight Installation

I used to have a single headlight on, but I just wanted to try something new lately, so let's install a dual headlamp!

First of all, I remove my stock headlight, so that my new 4" LED fog light and 4" LED driving light have room to be mounted (You tell me! haha). I will set the new bracket on the old one.

Measure the diameter between two mounting points.

Mark down on the bracket for later use.

Cut the extra bracket off with a grinder.

LED 4" fog lamp/ LED 4" driving lamp

Next, I drill four holes which are matched to the mounting points on my bike (5. 6. 7. 8.) and another four holes of mounting points to the LED lights bracket (1. 2. 3. 4.). As you can see the picture below:

And then, I mount the whole kit back on the fork tubes mounting points. We are almost done here!






Noted!!  

DO NOT bolt the lights down completely yet, make it loosely in order to adjust the light angles.

Okay, we've mounted the lights. Its time to get the terrifying wiring done!

I wire the fog light as low beam, and the driving light as high beam. 

There's some tips for you guys:
1. Use a crimping tool.
2. Don’t forget to fit heat shrink on before starting to crimp your wires.
3. Use electric tape to avoid the damage caused by water.

When all things done, make a full light switch test to be sure that everything works just perfect.





The last step is just my habit. I like to tighten all wire and cables up properly with zip ties. It gives my bike a clean look and also be able to keep them away from hot engine parts.




So my bike have a new look of dual headlight now WAHAHA
