Tutorial: How do I know if the mirror fits my bike?

Motorcycle mirror shows a biker's personality completely. Many bikers like to customize their bike starting from the mirror because it can be accomplished relatively easy comparing to other parts of the bike. It's at the front of a motorcycle, like our face, so people would definitely notice you have done some rad modification! ***KiWAV motorcycle mirror is your best choice. ;)*** But do you know if these mirrors fit your bike? If you're not sure, here are some useful tips for you.

For the very first thing we need to know is the feature of a screw.
A screw has three basic parts which are head, neck and thread.

Usually, there are two type of the diameter of motorcycle mirror thread: 10 mm and 8 mm, also called M10 and M8. 10 mm thread is for most big bikes, on the other hand, 8 mm screws are generally used on scooters. There's also a difference in pitch, the distance from the crest of one thread to the next: 1.25 pitch and 1.5 pitch (for BMW) are most commonly seen.

These are the basics of motorcycle mirror threads. However, there are still a few differences between brands.

Even though we introduce much information of motorcycle mirror to you, these are just not all. You have so much more to choose like Magazi bar end mirror, Magazi fairing mirror (for sportsbike), and turn signal integrated mirror (that means you have to know something about wiring HAHAHA). We'll keep posting more introductions of them in the future.
